On May 29, 2026, the final meeting of the student scientific circle of the Department of Management "Creative Manager" took place. The classes were held by the head of the group, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Management Svitlana Mykhailivna Bondarenko, and senior lecturer of the Department of Management Kirylko Nataliya Mykolayivna.

“HR Manager in the BANI World” Project Competition were awarded, which was held on May 14, 2026 as part of the Management Week on May 11-15, 2026.

We also congratulated the senior lecturer of the department, Natalia Mykolaivna Kyrylko, on receiving a Certificate from the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine for volunteer work.

During the session, participants learned about modern methods of generating ideas, performed practical exercises to develop creative potential, worked on solving non-standard management tasks, and discussed the role of creative thinking in the professional activities of a manager. The session was held in an interactive format, which contributed to the active exchange of ideas, the development of teamwork, and the formation of skills for a creative approach to solving practical problems.
