The main task of the department is:

ensuring the implementation of state policy in the field of science, science and technology, innovation and intellectual property;
operational training of specialists in science, universities, graduate students, doctoral students and students, information on research and technology;
organization of cooperation with enterprises and subjects of science and scientific and technical activity of Ukraine and foreign states;
organization of state registration and accounting of research works performed at the university;
preparation of reporting materials on scientific and technical information;
search, organization and preparation of international scientific grants / programs;
systematization of information and data bases of winemaking of the university and organization of events to promote the commercialization of scientific developments of the university.
