The University Community “Ти як” announces the launch of a new psychoeducational project for representatives of higher education institutions – the “Mental Health Training School” (hereinafter referred to as the School).
We invite teachers from the departments of psychology, social work, public health, sociology, pedagogy, as well as specialists from psychological services of higher education institutions to participate.
The main goal of the School is to provide teachers with effective tools for developing their own psychological resilience, as well as integrating mental health topics into the educational process.
Together with representatives of higher education institutions, the School creates a space for mutual exchange of experience, expertise, and best practices in supporting mental health at universities.
The topic of the first webinar is “Developing resilience skills in wartime.”
Date: September 16 at 16:00, online, Zoom platform.
Participants will receive tools for managing stress, reducing anxiety, supporting themselves and their loved ones in crisis situations, and will also learn resourceful practices.
