Labor and Career Center is a structural subdivision of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design.

The main tasks of the KNUTD Labor and Career Center are: adaptation University’s students to practical activities; promotion of the professional growth of graduates and students of the University, creation of the conditions for their self-realization through employment and career development, strengthening the ties between employers and higher education; ensuring the connection of graduates with the University.

To students and graduates:

• counseling on professional career planning: identifying ways and opportunities for employment, assistance in choosing a professional career path;
• advising students and graduates on preparing their own resumes, motivational and cover letters, passing interviews, effective presentation of themselves in the labor market, etc;
• providing objective information on current professions, demand for specialists in the labor market and salary levels;
• organizing and conducting discussions, lectures, thematic trainings, master classes involving experts from leading organizations, potential employers and specialists from Ukraine and abroad;
• search for additional courses in various areas to improve professional skills;
• posting current vacancies on the pages of the Labor and Career Center (https://knutd.edu.ua/students/job/vakancij/), on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/KNUTDcareercenter) and on Telegram (https://t.me/career_center_knutd)
• holding job fairs involving the most prestigious companies in the industry.

For employers:

• the possibility of posting company vacancies on the KNUTD website and in social networks of various structural units of the University;
• selection of students, in accordance with the requirements and needs of the enterprise, to fill the proposed vacancy;

• participation in the Job Fair, which gives an opportunity to present your company to a large number of young professionals;
• conducting master classes, lectures, and trainings for students of relevant specialties in order to disseminate information about the company and attract promising personnel;
