On October 6, 2025, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education, Research, Development and Youth of the Slovak Republic, and the Slovak Research and Development Agency announced a competition for joint Ukrainian-Slovak research projects to be implemented in 2026 – 2027 (hereinafter referred to as the competition).

The competition is open to any research groups from higher education institutions and scientific institutions in both countries across all scientific disciplines and subject areas.

Documents are submitted via the functional module of the National Electronic Scientific and Information System (for more details, see https://nauka.gov.ua/information/ua-sk2025/).

The deadline for submitting applications is December 8, 2025.
