On November 7, developers, entrepreneurs, and innovators will gather in Kyiv to create technologies that truly change society.

What participants can expect:

• €1,000 for winners and support in product development;
• 6 months of international mentoring;
• A presentation at the Copenhagen Democracy Summit 2026;
• Networking with the global community of democracy tech innovators;
• The winning team will become part of the Democracy Tech Fellowship 2026

and represent Ukraine on the world stage.

We invite the following to participate:

• Teams ready to work full-time on their project;
• Technical founders capable of building and scaling a product;
• Startups addressing issues of democracy, civic engagement, or defense tech;
• Projects with early users, partnerships, or proven demand.
