The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine announces an additional competition for scientific and technical (experimental) developments under a state order with special conditions, the implementation of which will begin in 2026 at the expense of the state budget.

The deadline for submitting applications is 1:00 p.m. on November 24, 2025.

The main differences of the additional competition:

• reduction of the development period to 12 months;
• increase in the expected level of technological readiness to at least TRL 5 (technology tested in the appropriate environment).

Developments should:

• deliver practical results that are ready for implementation and scaling;
• contribute to enhancing the country's technological capabilities;
• promote the development of domestic production;
• contribute to citizen safety and cyber security.

Applications must be submitted electronically via the National Electronic Scientific Information System (nauka.gov.ua).
