Every year on November 10, the world community celebrates World Science Day for Peace and Development, which emphasizes the crucial role of science in shaping the future of humanity.

In times of global challenges - climate change, energy security, biodiversity conservation, digital transformation - it is through science that knowledge, innovation and human values are combined.

For the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, this day is of particular importance. Our university is a powerful center of scientific research and innovation, and knowledge is combined with creativity and technology for sustainable development and improving the quality of life. The university's scientific diplomacy today is the basis for international cooperation, European integration, opening the way to dialogue, peace and trust.

Scientists of our university are actively involved in scientific projects aimed at creating innovative technologies, developing green energy, and restoring ecosystems. Such initiatives not only develop science, but also strengthen Ukraine's position in the world community as a state that contributes to the common good of humanity.

Celebrating this day, we honor all researchers, scientists, students and international partners who work every day to make the world a better, safer and more harmonious.
