The program of the event includes lectures, workshops, company visits, professional networking activities, as well as participation in the PAR International Leadership Conference (PILC 2026) – an international scientific and professional conference on leadership.
The PAR International Leadership Conference (PILC) is an international scientific and professional conference organized by PAR University of Applied Sciences, bringing together representatives of the academic community, business sector, and public administration to exchange experience in the fields of leadership, management, education, and innovation development.
The conference day on 27 March 2026 will be the central event of the week.
The theme of the 2026 conference is: “Human-Centered Leadership: Talent, Technology, and Brand Power.”
The conference theme focuses on the development of modern leadership, the integration of human potential and technological innovation, and the creation of strong brands in today’s evolving digital environment.
