The main tasks of the Center for Quality Management of Educational Activities (CQMEA) are: the formation of guarantees of the quality of higher education at the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design. Creation and provision of a system for monitoring the satisfaction with the educational process of all its stakeholders, including through the mechanism of sociological research. Identification of potential risks of work processes and development of corrective measures in the field of quality assurance and results that increase the level of quality of educational services (scientific and technical activities) at the University. Implement and guarantee the KNUTD policy in the field of academic integrity in order to form an understanding and ensure compliance with educational and scientific ethics by all categories of participants in educational and scientific processes and to prevent violation of copyright and intellectual property rights, including procedures for identifying academic plagiarism and text borrowing.

CQMEA provides continuous and systematic monitoring of quantitative and qualitative indicators of the work of scientific and pedagogical, pedagogical workers, structural units (departments, faculties, educational and scientific institutes), administrative personnel to create conditions, professional and personal development of employees, analysis of monitoring results in order to generalize them for making sound management decisions by the University management. Analysis of quality indicators of higher education, educational activities of the University and development of programs for the University's entry into international ratings of higher education institutions.
