The Center was established with the aim of: organizing work on the formation and retention of a contingent of foreign citizens – students of the University; maintaining relations with graduates of the University – citizens of foreign countries; interaction with embassies (consulates) of foreign countries on the issues of staying and training of foreign citizens; introduction of new forms of cooperation with international organizations of various types and forms of ownership; with foreign higher education institutions (public and private); assistance to all structural subdivisions of the University in establishing and developing the international educational programs, academic mobility programs, etc.

The main task of the KNUTD Training Center for Foreigners is to prepare foreigners for admission to the University for pre-university education and higher education at the first (bachelor’s), second (master’s), third (educational and scientific) levels of higher education.
