At the initiative of the KNUTD Kyiv College in Government House of Ukraine the exhibition "The Chronicler of Ukrainian History" is organized. The exhibition is dedicated to the memory of the world famous photojournalist Volodymyr Repik – a graduate of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design College.

Volodymyr Repik – known photographer, laureate of USSR Union of Journalists award, honoured journalist of Ukraine, the correspondent of Ukrainian national information agency "Ukrinform". He is remembered in the history of the world as the photographer made the first photos of the destroyed fourth power unit of Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant immediately after the explosion (https://www.ukrinform.ua/rubric-society/2168654-u-kievi-vidkrilasa-vistavka-legendarnogo-fotokora-ukrinformu-volodimira-repika.html).

Along with the works of famous photographer at the exhibition there are photographs of several KNUTD College students – future highly qualified specialists in the field of artistic photography.

For participation in the organization and opening of the exhibition the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine expressed his gratitude to the Director of the KNUTD College Lyubov Khmelevska, teachers of cyclic commission of fotodisciplines and students of specialty «Artistic Photography».
