Congratulations to the Honorary Doctor of KNUTD, Professor Hersh Chadha, on the great success and, at the same time, on his longtime dream of holding his own photographic exhibition in Space cometrue!
A world-famous photographer, active environmental advocate, respected teacher, successful businessman and generous philanthropist Hersh Chadha, in his creative journeys with the camera, visited nearly 300 cities in more than 90 countries around the world. His works occupy honorary places in national and university libraries, museums, private collections of royal families’ members. And now the photo exhibition of Professor Hersh Chadha, compiled from the images of his favorite flowers, has gone beyond our planet.
On October 19, 2016, five flower photos with the crew members of the International Space Station (ISS) 49/50 went to orbit and became the most attractive elements of the station interior. The astronauts told about this at a press conference in Star City, June 1, 2017, after their return from the space mission. They sincerely thanked Professor Hersh Chadha for the beauty that surrounded them in the artificial space of the space station, which reminded them of real Earth's riches.
It should be noted that "The first photographic exhibition in Space" became a notable event not only among astronauts. Many information resources have reported about it.
