On July 6-7th, 2017, KNUTD project team (participants of the component “Future Leaders” - Lyudmyla Ganushchak-Yefimenko and Svitlana Zymina) took part in Module 2 “Team Leadership” of the second round of the Ukraine Higher Education Leadership Development Programme implemented by the British Council in partnership with the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of the Educational Sciences of Ukraine and the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education (UK), with the assistance of Ukraine’s Ministry of Education and Science.

Representatives of 14 Ukrainian Universities had an opportunity to get acquainted with different types of leadership styles, basic principles of effective team building and communication within university, as well as to develop their leadership skills by doing creative thinking activities.

Our "Future Leaders" will present the results of their team work on the final Module 3 «Leading Change» in September 2017.
