On October 7, the fourth OUTLOOK WORLD CULTURE FESTIVAL-2017 festival took place, which presented in various forms the culture about 40 countries of the world with the participation of 35 Embassies of foreign states and Diasporas.

Foreign students had an opportunity to get acquainted with the culture of the peoples of the world: Australia, Azerbaijan, Argentina, Armenia, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bulgaria, Ghana, Guinea, Germany, Greece, Indonesia, India, Iraq, Iran, Kazakhstan, Cameroon, Kenya, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Moldova, OAU, Pakistan, Romania, Syria, Sudan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Hungary, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Montenegro, Japan, Roma, Hawaiian, Crimean Tatar cultures and many others.
