March 28-29, 2018 at Priazovsky State Technical University Mariupol, the 2 nd stage of the All-Ukrainian competition of student's scientific works in the area of "Energy" took place. The competition attracted about 100 student research papers from various higher educational institutions of Ukraine. The jury members selected 48 student thesis, and their authors were invited to participate in the final conference. To this list was the work of our 4th year students of the BME-14 group (Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Computer Technologies) Solonukha Bogdan.

A student of the Kiev National University of Technology and Design Solonukha Bogdan has reported on the scientific work "Three-phase transformer unit for combined power supply systems with a photovoltaic solar battery" at the 2nd stage of the competition. According to the results of the scientific research and the report the jury of the 2nd stage of the All-Ukrainian competition of student's scientific papers in the area of "Energy" marked our student with the diploma of the 3rd degree.

Congratulations to Bogdan, as well as his scientific adviser - Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Alexander Alekseevich Shavjolkin, with a significant scientific achievement.
