KNUTD hospitably welcomed the guests of the grand opening of the XXIII Olympics "Under the Pechersk gold domes" among students.
On November 7, the opening ceremony was attended by the teams of the ZVO of the Pechersk District in table tennis, representatives of the Pechersk Administration, the Vice-Rector of KNUTD, the organizing committee of the Spartakiad, the trade union organization of students of KNUTD.
The first with a welcoming speech was made by the Vice-Rector of KNUTD, the participant of the Health and Sports meeting “Health” V.V. Chaban
The speech pointed to the importance of holding competitions among students in Pechersk, the preservation of sports traditions, youth recovery. It was mentioned that our University was the founder of the Games.
Health, success and fair struggle was wished in her speech by the chairman of the organizing committee of the Games, head of the department of family, youth and sports affairs of the Pechersk District State Administration in Kyiv, Kudryavtseva O.S.
Brightly, energetically and beautifully congratulated the participants of the Sports Festival of the cheerleading team "Che Primier", master of sports, "Super Girls" (hip-hop) and the merited folk dance ensemble "BOOM" head T. Baranova.
In the presence of athletes and guests, the champions of the KNUTD table tennis championship were awarded. Valuable gifts from the student trade union of KNUTD were presented to the winners by the assistant vice-rector, the chairman of the trade union committee of students of KNUTD R.Yu. Kozhushko.
