A delegation from the Technical University of Liberec (Czech Republic) headed by the Dean of the Faculty of Textile Engineering Prof. Vladimír Bajzík visited the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design from October 20 to 22, 2021.  Several meetings were held during the visit with the administration of the university, in particular with the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Activity Prof. Oksana Morgulets, and of the Faculty of Fashion Industry headed by the Dean Prof. Liudmyla Zubkova. The educational process organization during unstable epidemiological situations and topical issues of Bachelor`s, Master`s, and Ph.D. programs (in particular, the specialty 182 - consumer industry technologies) in both universities were discussed.

The guests were acquainted with the departments and laboratories of the Faculty of Fashion Industry. The possibilities of further cooperation in educational activities through academic mobility and participation in joint research projects were discussed.

During the meeting with undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students as well as with research and teaching staff of the Faculty of Fashion Industry Prof. Vladimir Bajzik and Maros Tunak presented the Faculty of Textile Engineering of the Technical University of Liberec, the study programs, conditions of admission and study, the technical basis of the university, areas of research and opportunities for academic mobility.

There was a rich and meaningful conversation, during which students and staff had the opportunity to have got the answers to the questions of interest: the admission conditions, a double degree, short-term and advanced training, and research projects and research for master`s and Ph.D. theses, and so.
