Since the very beginning of Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine, the students of the Institute of Engineering and Information Technologies have joined the volunteer movement. Illia Bahuta, a student of BKI-18 Group, became a volunteer in the rapid response team of the Red Cross in Ukraine. The Rapid Response Teams of the Ukrainian Red Cross always help vulnerable groups. They support society’s ability to overcome humanitarian and social crises.

Every day, employees and volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross receive, form, and distribute hundreds of tons of cargo in the logistics centers. These are food, hygiene products, medicines, drinking water, bed linen, and other necessary things.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Ukrainian Red Cross has delivered more than 16,275 tons of humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
