On December 26, 2022 at 12:00 pm, for graduate students of the Department of Private and Public Law studying in the specialty 081 «Law», an online lecture was held on the Zoom platform on the topic: «Public administration bodies in the system of subjects of the implementation of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal persons: problems of theory and practice».

The lecture session of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design was organized by the Department of Private and Public Law.

The speaker of the event was Nataliya Atamanchuk – Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Leading Researcher of the Department for Research on the Problems of Interaction between the State and Civil Society of the Kyiv Regional Center of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.

The event was attended by graduate students of the Department of Private and Public Law: Mykola Vozniy, Viktor Dasiuk, Anna Hryshchenko, Viktor Yefimenko, Iryna Polat.

During the lecture, attention was drawn to the fact that the implementation of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities is the main task of public administration bodies, the current state of legal support for the activities of public administration bodies as subjects of the implementation of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities , the problems that require legislative revision and proper legal regulation in this area are considered.
