On February 8, 2023, at the initiative of Ivan Gryshchenko, Rector of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, a working meeting was held with Eliezer Feldman, Head of the Israeli Medical Mission in Ukraine, Director of the Golda Meir Institute for Civil Society Development, Tetiana Graban, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Doctor of Medicine, Professor, Head of the Department of Fundamental Medicine of the Institute of Biology and Medicine of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Victoria Hopperia.
This meeting was held as part of the preparation of a joint project to participate in the EU4Health grant program, ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on January 12, 2023. The main goal of the project proposal, initiated by the Office of International and Project Affairs of KNUTD, is to consolidate efforts to address the issues of comprehensively overcoming the consequences of russian military aggression that have affected the health and the environment as one of the key factors of destructive impact on humans.
Impressed by the achievements and capabilities of our university, presented by Dr.Gryschenko, the guests offered to expand the scope of mutually beneficial cooperation aimed at solving urgent crisis problems for our country. In the light of the all-Ukrainian initiative: "We are invincible when we are united", the Rector of our University praised his colleagues who work directly with the population of Ukraine to improve health care and implement humanitarian programs aimed at strengthening the nation's health and developing civil society, given the challenges that russian aggression has caused.
