On May 16, 2023, the lecture "Digital Coloristics: Control the Mood of Your Projects" was held at the "Art Space" of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design. The lecture was conducted by Mykhailo Rudenko, an associate professor at the Department of Graphic Design, Faculty of Design, for the academic staff and students pursuing bachelor's and master's degrees at the Department of Information and Computer Technologies (educational programs: Software Engineering, IT Project Management, Automation and Computer-Integrated Technologies, Computer-Integrated Technological Processes and Production) of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Computer Technologies; the Department of Art and Costume Design of the Faculty of Design; and the Department of Artistic Clothing Embellishment of the Faculty of Arts and Fashion (educational programs: Clothing Design, Modeling, Construction, and Artistic Embellishment of Light Industry Products).

During the lecture, Mykhailo Rudenko enthusiastically shared his extensive experience on the impact of color on information perception and how to accurately select a color palette based on content and intention. The bachelor's and master's students gained new knowledge about color models, color characteristics, semantic meanings of colors and their combinations, psychological aspects of color perception, skills in applying colors, choosing a color palette according to a concept, and guiding the viewer's gaze through color combinations.
