On 17 May 2023, at an expanded meeting of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Management and Business Design (FMBD), the results of international academic mobility of the Faculty’s academic staff, which took place in the 2nd semester of 2023, were presented.

The Head of the Department of Marketing and Communication Design, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Ihor Ponomarenko and Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Smart Economics Svitlana Bebko visited the Kyiv Institute of the Qilu University of Technology (People’s Republic of China) from 17 March to 10 May 2023, where they taught academic courses.

The Kyiv Institute of the Qilu University of Technology is a Sino-Ukrainian educational institution established in 2019 jointly by the Qilu University of Technology (PRC) and Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (Ukraine). The higher education institution is located in Jinan, the administrative centre of Shandong Province. The city also has the unofficial name “City of Spring” or “City of Springs”.

The students of the Kyiv Institute of the Qilu University of Technology attended lectures of KNUTD teachers with great enthusiasm, they were active and sincerely interested in Ukrainian culture.

Our Chinese colleagues invited our teachers to visit the Baotou Spring Park in Jinan. In a friendly atmosphere, they demonstrated the peculiarities of Chinese culture, architecture, and landscape design, the pavilion-museum of the famous poetess Li Qingzhao, etc.

For the academic staff of the FMBD, the experience of their colleagues gained while teaching at the Kyiv Institute of the Qilu University of Technology was meaningful and interesting.
