The results of the XVII All-Ukrainian Student Translation Contest «Literary Word in World Culture» have been announced. The contest was organized by the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University.
The participants competed in the following categories:
The jury selected the winners among representatives of over thirty universities in Ukraine. Translations were submitted by 137 authors.
The Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design was represented by students of the BDG2-21 group under the guidance of senior lecturer S. Lebedieva.
Victoria Panasyuk took 3rd place and received a diploma in the category «Translation of a poetic work from English to Ukrainian».
All contestants received participation certificates.
