As part of the interaction plan of the department of entrepreneurship and business with stakeholders, on August 23, 2023, a round table was held with external and internal stakeholders of the educational program "Innovative entrepreneurship and management of Startup projects" degree of higher education "master" specialty 076 Entrepreneurship and trade.

Interaction with interested parties at the department of entrepreneurship and business is a systematic process, the goal of which is to establish and constantly support constructive cooperation with stakeholders of the educational programs (EP) of the department. This process continues throughout the program cycle and includes a wide range of activities and approaches, from information exchange and consultations to active participation of stakeholders in the educational process.

The moderator of the meeting was the guarantor of the EP "Innovative entrepreneurship and management of Startup projects", the head of the department of entrepreneurship and business, Doctor of Economics, professor Taliat BIELIALOV.

The discussion took place in a mixed format with the participation of representatives of the academic community Victoriia CHOBITOK, Doctor of Economics, Professor,  Head of the Department of Marketing and Trade Entrepreneurship of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology, Management and Adult Education of the Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy, Samira PILETSKA, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the National Aviation University; as well as employers of educational programs, etc. stakeholders from among business partners of the department:

The meeting was also attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Management and Business Design, Doctor of Economics, Professor Oleksandra OLSHANSKA  and members of the EP working group (Doctor of Economics, Professor Iryna  MIAGKYKH, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor Mariana SHKODA), scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business (PhD, associate professor Nina KRAKHMALIOVA, PhD, associate professor Iryna GONCHARENKO), as well as applicants and potential entrants of the educational program " Innovative entrepreneurship and management of Startup projects".

The guarantor of the educational program, Taliat BIELIALOV, started the meeting by characterizing the profile of the educational program, emphasized its main goals, general, professional and program competences.

According to the results of the round table, a number of proposals from stakeholders regarding the improvement of the educational and program were agreed upon, which will be taken into account and appropriate decisions will be made, in particular, the proposal of Samir GURDZHA regarding the intensification of the study of applied software products by applicants will be brought to the department meeting for discussion and the possibility of implementation in the content education course "Project activity".

Students of higher education studying in the program also took part in the discussion. The interest of the students was aroused by the discussion of the need to strengthen the practical training of the masters of the EP "Innovative entrepreneurship and management of Startup projects", expressed by Doctor of Economics, associate professor Mariana SHKODA, and the emphasis of stakeholders-employers on the improvement of speech competences in a foreign language and its significance in the practical activities of future graduates of the EP.

Oleksandra OLSHANSKA, dean of the faculty of management and business design, gave the closing speech at the meeting, who thanked all the participants of the round table for their productive work and invited business partners of the department of entrepreneurship and business to join the Startup Days organization at the faculty.
