(the cycle of meetings with participants in the educational process on issues of academic integrity continues)

The Center for Quality Management of Educational Activities of Kyiv National University of Technology and Design implements the mission and strategy of the KNUTD Code of Academic Integrity in the formation of a quality assurance system for higher education. 

Applicants for higher education of the Faculty of Cultural and Creative Industries were given a lecture by the head of the Center Olena STEPANOVA, where they emphasized the importance of ensuring the implementation of the policy of academic integrity, as well as a favorable academic environment in the institution, creating a qualitative approach to the educational and scientific activities of students and teachers. 

Students of the Faculty of Cultural and Creative Industries of the Department of Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Business, the Department of Philosophy and Cultural Studies, as well as the Department of Performing Arts and Culture, were acquainted with the basic provisions of academic integrity, fundamental values and ethical norms of relationships at the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design. 

During the lecture, it was emphasized that in order to ensure academic integrity, it is necessary to adhere to the following principles: the rule of law, legality, scholarship, professionalism and competence, respect and mutual trust, openness and transparency.

Separately, the principles of violation of academic integrity by applicants for education, pedagogical, scientific-pedagogical and scientific workers of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design and the consequences of their academic responsibility were emphasized.
