On September 18, 2023, at the Kiev National University of Technology and Design, a round table was held at the Department of Private and Public Law with stakeholders from the academic community, employers, and higher education applicants, the purpose of which was to discuss the educational and scientific program «Law» in specialty 081 «Law» of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education.
During the dialogue, the requirements of the standard of higher education in the specialty 081 «Law» of the field of knowledge 08 Law for the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated July 31, 2023 No. 924, report on the results of the accreditation examination of the educational and scientific program «Law» in specialty 081 «Law» of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education by the expert group of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education based on the results of a visit to KNUTD during 02/09/2023 - 02/11/2023, expert opinion of the industry expert council of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education on the possibility of accreditation of the educational and scientific program «Law» in specialty 081 «Law» of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education dated April 5, 2023, project educational and scientific program «Law» in specialty 081 «Law» of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education in 2023.
Based on the results of the discussion, a number of proposals for the modernization of the educational and scientific program «Law» in specialty 081 «Law» of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education were agreed upon, which will be taken into account, and appropriate decisions were made. The moderator summarized the recommendations for changes to the educational and scientific program, and also thanked the round table participants for their productive work and expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation.
