Olena STEPANOVA, Head of the Center for Quality Management of Educational Activities, held an educational lecture on the topic “Academic Integrity” on September 14, 2023, for students of the first (bachelor’s) and second (master’s) levels of higher education (for specialties 161 Chemical technologies and engineering, 162 Biotechnology and bioengineering, 183 Technologies of environmental protection, 226 Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy of the Faculty of Chemical and Biopharmaceutical Technologies).

Olena STEPANOVA informed the students about the concepts, principles, and norms of academic integrity, academic culture, policy of academic integrity, and the Code of Academic Integrity of KNUTD.

She emphasized that all the university community’s efforts are aimed at preventing, hindering, and stopping manifestations of academic dishonesty through training and creating a positive, favourable, and virtuous educational and scientific environment.

The speaker paid particular attention to the issue of the responsibility of participants in the educational process for violations of academic integrity.
