At the initiative of our stakeholders, the Department of Tourism and Promotions of the KMDA, teachers of the department of tourism, hotel and restaurant business of KNUTD Nataliіa Buntova, Oksana Borysova and masters Yuliya Tomashuk and Anastasia Nevgadovska took part in the professional training project "Hospitality Academy of the City of Kyiv", which was held in various formats for two months.

On World Tourism Day, project participants received certificates confirming completion of the course.

The Academy program provided an opportunity to get to know excellent and creative specialists, thanks to which the students gained theoretical and practical experience in the field of tourism and hospitality, where they focused on market trends and modern marketing strategies. And within the framework of practical platforms, attention was paid to innovative trends in conducted excursions and intercultural communications.

More than 20 Ukrainian and international experts were involved in the "Hospitality Academy", who shared global trends and innovations in the field of hospitality.

In addition to the main program, the participants underwent intensive training in language training, responding to critical situations under martial law, and also delved into the basics of inclusive tourism.

The participants received certificates of successful completion of training and gained new experience, which will already be implemented in the educational process of training specialists in tourism and hotel and restaurant business.
