On October 3, 2023, students of the 1st year of the Department of Smart Economics, led by the curator Z. Shatskaya and the head of the department A. Oleshko took an excursion to the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine. The winners of the College of Arts and Design of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, led by the curator L. Melnyk, joined the tour.

The purpose of the event was to acquaint first-year students with the main ethnographic treasury of Ukraine and deepen their knowledge about the history of Ukraine. In the Open-Air Museum, graduates of the College of Arts and Design of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design majoring in 242 Tourism OP "Tourist Services" became our cultural tourism tour guides, led a tour and introduced them to the cultural heritage of different regions of Ukraine, Ukrainian history, traditions, culture, everyday life XVI - XX century.

The excursion took place in a friendly atmosphere. The results of the event can be used by first-year students in theoretical and practical studies when studying the disciplines "Business Ukrainian Language", "Philosophy, Political Science and Sociology".

We sincerely thank the winners of the College of Arts and Design of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, and personally L. Melnyk, PhD, teacher of the highest category, for the informative tour.
