On October 11, students of the 1st and 2nd courses of the Department of Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Business, as part of the introduction and study of the academic disciplines "Tourist Local History" and "Excursion Service in Recreational Systems", visited the historical and local history excursion "Kyiv - the city of Yaroslavl", which was conducted by the associate professor of the Department of Tourism , active member of the All-Ukrainian Association of Guides O. V. Borysov.

The students were familiarized with the educational and cognitive purpose and rules of conducting excursions, they saw how to work with the "tour guide's portfolio". Students also had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the tourist sites of Kyiv, which belong to the era of the legendary prince: the Golden Gate, Yaroslav's Wall, St. Sophia Cathedral.
