At the end of September, a festive concert was held as part of the Foreign Language Week “2023 Translation Horizons” «Finding Words for Peace». The event was organized by the Department of Philology and Translation of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design and dedicated to the International Day of Peace and International Translation Day.

Today we offer you to watch the performance of Volodymyr Doroshenko, Associate Professor of our University, Doctor of Sciences in Public Administration. His performance of songs from his own repertoire in different languages was an unexpected and enchanting end to the concert and did not leave anyone indifferent.

Volodymyr Serhiyovych is a unique specialist and a person of many talents. He worked as one of the organizers and leaders of the Institute of International Relations of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, contributed to the formation and implementation of the latest system of language training for foreign affairs experts and diplomats. He initiated the creation of the first European Union Information Center in Ukraine. He was elected Vice President of the Association of Scientists for Innovative Development of Ukraine. He is the author and leader of the International English-language project "Music is the Language of the Soul". Volodymyr Doroshenko is the author of more than 60 scientific articles, educational and methodological works, and monographs.
