On October 19, 2023, a meeting of the scientific circle «Actual problems of public law» was held (leaders of the scientific group Yu. V. Onishchyk, I. A. Kovalenko). Topic: «Peculiarities of the application of a warrant for the provision of legal aid».

The participants of the meeting discussed the role and significance of the warrant as a document that confirms the attorney's authority to provide legal assistance, the typical form of the warrant, the mandatory details of the warrant, the features of issuing the warrant depending on the organizational forms of advocacy, the process of generating the warrant.

The members of the research group had the opportunity to check the lawyer's profile in the Unified Register of Lawyers of Ukraine with the help of a two-dimensional barcode (QR-code) on the order for the provision of legal assistance.
