The Institute of Law and Modern Technologies constantly invites foreign professors to give lectures on the relevant topics for students of the University.

This time, honorable Petr Jerzy Pacoski – Dr. of Economics of the Wroclaw University of the Gura city (Republic of Poland) gave a lecture on Nov.02, 2023 for students of specialties 052 «Political Science», 054 «Sociology» and 081 «Law» on the interesting topic: «Planning of the social and economical development of the territory and objects of taxation».

From the substantive lecture, students learned a lot about how social communication affects the development of local government.

The professor spoke about the taxation system and the social management of local governments with people in Poland.
