By the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 06 November 2023 No. 1352, the Academic Scholarship of the President of Ukraine was awarded to Maria Vorobchuk, a postgraduate student of the Faculty of Design.

Maria Vorobchuk, a PhD student at the Department of Art and Fashion Design, is a young researcher in graphic design. Under the supervision of K.L. Pashkevych, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Maria is working on her thesis "Coded Information in Graphic Design: Evolution, Trends, and Compositional Means". Maria Vorobchuk is the author of 28 scientific publications, including 2 articles in the journals indexed in the Scopus scientometric database, 2 articles in professional publications of Ukraine, 5 copyright certificates and 19 reports at national and international scientific conferences and symposia.

During her postgraduate studies, Maria Vorobchuk actively participates in the research activities of the Department and the University, and she is an expert of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education from among higher education seekers.

The postgraduate student prepares students for creative competitions and actively introduces computer technology into the educational process in teaching the courses Computer Aided Design, Creative Thinking Techniques, etc.
