From November 21 to 26, 2023, a working visit of teachers of the Department of Computer Engineering and Electromechanics of the Institute of Engineering and Information Technologies - Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof. Iryna Shvedchykova and Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof. Oleksandr Shavolkin to the Technical University of Košice (Slovakia) took place within the framework of the joint Ukrainian-Slovak research project "Improvement of energy management of hybrid photovoltaic systems of local objects with energy storage" (head manager – Prof. I. Shvedchykova).

During the visit to the Technical University of Košice, the teachers of KNUTD got acquainted with the equipment of laboratories and with the areas of scientific research of the Department of Electric Power Engineering. There was an exchange of experience on the implementation of the results of scientific research in the educational process, in particular in the improvement of study programs. Issues of further scientific and educational cooperation were discussed.
