The process of involving applicants in the discussion of the content of the Management Program and the Business Administration Program and determining the main vectors of the development of professional managers in the 21st century at the Department of Management and Smart Innovation is ongoing.

However, on November 16, 2023, a meeting was held with the participation of the NPP of the department and representatives of various courses of the OPP Management and OPP Business Administration, at which the quality of the educational process, the success of students, and the results of scientific work were discussed.

Also, the head of the Department of Management and Smart Innovations, Doctor of Economics, prof. Alla Kasych noted that in the autumn semester the students of the department were very active. Achievements include:

1. The victories of students Ostap Onishchenko and Oleksandra Malyushenko at the II stage of the International competition of scientific works of winners "Public and Corporate Management", who won the Diplomas of winners of the II and III degrees, respectively.

2. The startup of first-year students of OPP Management won in the nomination "Audience Sympathy Prize" as part of the startup competition held at KNUTD. Summarizing the results took place at the 4th All-Ukrainian Conference of Higher Education Graduates and Young Scientists "Innovation in Education, Science and Business: Challenges and Opportunities".

3. Students of OPP Management took an active part in international academic mobility and non-formal education programs, which is evidenced by numerous Certificates, namely the gained experience and new competencies.

Also, the main tasks for NPP and applicants for the next semester were determined!

The NPP of the Department of Management and Smart Innovations is sincerely grateful to the students for their activity during the semester and for the constructive suggestions for improving the content of the OPP!
