From November 29 to December 19, 2023, with the support of the USAID Project “Improving the Work Efficiency and Accountability of Local Self-Government Bodies" (“HOVERLA”), the 3rd All-Ukrainian Competition “The Best Scientific Work on the Issues of Municipal Law” was held, the purpose of which was to identify creative and gifted scientists, who seek to participate in the analysis and resolution of problematic issues of improving the legislation of Ukraine on local self-government.
On December 20, 2023, the works were reviewed and considered by the competition committee, and on December 21, 2023, the competition results were summarized and the winners were determined.
According to the decision of the competition commission on determining the winners, the first place in the 3rd All-Ukrainian competition "The best scientific paper on the issues of municipal law" was won by a graduate student of the Department of Private and Public Law of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, Viktor Volodymyrovych Dasyuk, who prepared a scientific competition paper on the topic: "Anti-corruption examination in public administration and the prospects of its implementation by local self-government bodies" (scientific supervisor, Doctor of Law, professor, professor of the private and public law department, Ihor Volodymyrovych Diorditsa).
