On 22 December 2023, a solemn pre-New Year staff meeting of the Faculty of Management and Business Design was held. The meeting was opened by the Dean of the Faculty, Doctor of Economics, Professor Oleksandra Olshanska, who greeted the audience and gave the floor to the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Innovative Activities of KNUTD, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Laureate of the Borys Paton National Prize of Ukraine Liudmyla Hanushchak-Yefimenko.
In her speech, on behalf of the Rector of the University, Ivan Gryshchenko, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology, Liudmyla Mykhailivna congratulated the Faculty on the successful results of their work in 2023, noting the high level of educational, research and project work of the team, as well as the fulfilment of all target indicators of the Faculty and each academic staff member in particular. Liudmyla Mykhailivna touchingly congratulated the Faculty on the approach of the bright holiday and wished everyone present good, happiness, fulfilment of all dreams and hopes for a bright future, thanking the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to live, work and bring our Victory closer. As a souvenir, the Vice-Rector presented an embroidered rushnyk as a spiritual symbol of the native land and a talisman of the Ukrainian people.
Having thanked the Vice-Rector for her congratulations, on behalf of the staff, the Dean of the Faculty Oleksandra Olshanska presented Liudmyla Hanushchak-Yefimenko with a Certificate of Appreciation for her personal contribution to the development of the Faculty, assistance and support in tutorial, research and educational work with sincere words of congratulations and wishes for all the best in the coming year.
The Dean Oleksandra Olshanska addressed the Faculty team with a welcoming speech and noted the high performance of the Faculty in 2023, noting that the target performance indicators were fully met and exceeded in most areas. Oleksandra Volodymyrivna thanked everyone and emphasised that teamwork, corporate spirit, and a high level of responsibility of each employee became the cornerstone and source of the successful work of the entire Faculty. After that, the Dean began the ceremony of awarding certificates to the staff members based on their performance in 2023. “Each of the teachers present has made a significant contribution to the development of the Faculty and therefore deserves to be recognised for their work”, the Dean stressed. In addition to the diploma, everyone received New Year's souvenirs and cookies with humorous predictions.
After the official part of the meeting was over, Olexandra Olshanska, Olena Yevseitseva, Polina Puzyriova and Zorina Shatska prepared souvenirs for everyone present, as well as contests and joke competitions with prizes. Everyone expressed their thoughts and wishes and congratulated each other on the upcoming holidays.
