On January 16, 2024, at the meeting of the one-time specialized academic council of the DF 10/2023 at the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, the defense of the dissertation of Viktor Volodymyrovych Dasiuk on the topic «Legal regulation of anti-corruption expertise in public administration» for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 08 «Law» took place in specialty 081 «Law».

The dissertation of Viktor Volodymyrovych Dasiuk, a graduate student of the Department of Private and Public Law of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, is devoted to the definition of the essence and features of the legal regulation of anti-corruption expertise in public administration.

The members of the one-time specialized academic council noted that the dissertation of Viktor Volodymyrovych Dasiuk meets the established requirements in terms of its relevance, degree of novelty, formulation, and method of solving the questions, theoretical and practical basis and validity of the results obtained.

The result of discussions and debates regarding the presented research was an open vote by the members of the one-time specialized scientific council. The decision was unanimous - to award Dasiuk Viktor Volodymyrovych the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 08 «Law» with specialty 081 «Law».
