STUDENTS AND TEACHERS OF THE INSTITUTE OF LAW AND MODERN TECHNOLOGIES IMPROVE KNOWLEDGE OF EUROINTEGRATION

On February 27, 2024, the lecture "Implementation of European Values as the Basis of Democracy in Ukraine" was held.

This time, Anna Soloviova, PhD in Political Science, Associate Professor of the Department of Journalism at Black Sea National University named after Petro Mohyla, gave a lecture for students of specialties 052 «Political Science», 054 «Sociology» and 081 «Law» on a relevant topic.

The audience learned about the core European values, which emphasize democracy, human rights, and the rule of law. These principles serve as the foundation for building a fair and just society. They also explored how these values influence policies and practices within the European Union. The lecture highlighted the importance of integrating these values into daily life and governance.

The audience showed keen interest in the presentation, hanging onto every word with visible enthusiasm. Students were particularly engaged, raising their hands to ask thoughtful questions. They inquired about how to practically apply these European values in their own communities. Some asked for examples of successful implementation in countries outside the European Union. The discussion also veered into the challenges of cultural adaptation and acceptance. The lecturer encouraged this curiosity, emphasizing the importance of dialogue and exchange in promoting these values globally.

We are very thankfull to the Anna Soloviova for an interesting lecture!
