On March 13, 2023, at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW, Stuttgart, Germany), a meeting of the University management with a delegation of Ukrainian city mayors took place. DHBW is a partner of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design in educational and research projects. At the invitation of the German side, the director of the Institute of Engineering and Information Technologies Professor Igor Panasiuk, the head of the Department of Computer Engineering and Electromechanics Dmytro Statsenko, and the professor of the Department of Computer Engineering and Electromechanics Iryna Shvedchikova joined the meeting in an online format from KNUTD. One of the topics of the meeting was the discussion of electric mobility development in Ukraine. The meeting was attended by the representatives of Ukrainian companies LUAZ and EMGo, which work in the field of electric vehicle technologies. During the presentation of his report on electric mobility, DHBW professor Wolf Burger focused on cooperation with KNUTD researchers. He noted that scientific research is being carried out in the field of hybrid energy systems with renewable energy sources for charging stations. According to the results of the meeting, directions of cooperation between KNUTD researchers and business representatives in the preparation of joint start-up projects were outlined.
