A full-fledged qualitative process involves regular fruitful cooperation between all groups of stakeholders. Within the framework of the implementation of the educational and professional programs "Tourism" and "Entrepreneurship in the hotel and restaurant business," applicants for the education of the Department of Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Business of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, visually got acquainted with the creation of the tourist product of LLC “Agrofirma “Kozacka”, Konotop district, in the Sumy region.
Stakeholder, Chairman of the Board Victor Gala, as a practitioner, spoke about the organization, specifics and creation of specialized types of tourism. On his own example, he shows the prospects for the development of this type of hospitality, which should become an integral part of state regional policy, one of the ways to solve the issue of employment and socio-economic development in the countryside.
Students had the opportunity to walk through the created tourist trails of rural green tourism, which provides for the temporary stay of tourists in the countryside (village), visited the territories of personal peasant (farm) economy; understood the specifics of ecotourism, visiting territories that have natural, cultural, ethnographic value.
Rural tourism has revealed activities to provide a variety of tourist services (booking, accommodation, food, recreation, excursion, transport, information services, the organization of cultural, sports programs, other types of services aimed at meeting the needs of tourists) related to the use of tourist resources of the area.
