On March 29, the specialists of the Scientific and Technical Library of KNUTD held a seminar “Practice of using modern resources and methods of literature search” for students of specialty 162 “Biotechnology and Bioengineering”.

The seminar covered issues related to the library collection; information resources; work with scientific information, including the Internet.

The students were given some practical recommendations on the use of KNUTD’s open access to scientometric databases; the procedure for searching for literature sources in modern databases, citation rules, information classification system, etc.
