On March 27, Yevhenii UDOVYCHENKO, manager of SoftServe Academy, met with the students and teachers of the Institute of Engineering and Information Technologies of Mechatronics and Computer Technologies at KNUTD. Ihor PANASIUK, Director of the Institute of Engineering and Information Technologies, moderated the event. Roman KURYLENKO, a specialist in employer brand development and cooperation with youth, introduced the speaker and announced the topic of the meeting – “Enrolled in IT, What’s Next?”.

During the lecture, all the participants received information that should help students to see their career future more clearly. The following questions were discussed at the meeting: What directions exist in modern IT? What should be studied now and kept in focus for the future? After all, in the structure of a modern IT company, it is easy to understand: many roles, complex positions – but also a whole horizon of opportunities and vectors for development!

After the speaker’s report, there was a lively discussion of the prospects for the development of IT specialties at KNUTD. A proposal regarding the involvement of students for practice and internship was made.
