On March 28, 2024, the Institute of Law and Modern Technologies, in collaboration with the Charity Organization «National Network for Local Philanthropy Development» (Philanthropists), held a training session. Both students and professors from the university attended the event.

Students from the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) levels of higher education in the fields of 035 «Philology», 052 «Political Science», 054 «Sociology», 081 «Law», 161 «Chemical Technologies and Engineering», 183 «Environmental Protection Technologies», and 017 «Physical Education and Sport» participated in the training.

Darya Rybalchenko, the head of the board for the Philanthropists Charity Organization, discussed philanthropy as a social phenomenon.

The participants of the training acquired skills in developing and showcasing ideas for social projects. This process involved recognizing issues, devising plans to solve them, securing resources, and engaging with potential collaborators and financial backers.

The participants of the training were introduced to the guidelines for setting up charity events.

The training helped to improve the students' general skills.

The Philanthropists Organization has extended an invitation for students to collaborate. This partnership will enable students to acquire work experience in the non-commercial sector.
