On April 9, 2024, the students and lecturers from the Departments of Multimedia Design and Graphic Design of the Faculty of Design attended an online lecture by Raymond A. Lutzky, PhD, lecturer at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California (USA), and Vice President for Strategic Partnerships at Element451, on the topic "User Experience Design and Affordances". The event was supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education on the Ukraine Global Faculty platform.

In order to improve the quality of education and improve the theoretical knowledge base, the lecturers of the Faculty of Design Olena Vasylieva, Oleksandra Kolisnyk, Kalyna Pashkevych, Vadym Batrak, Olena Slityuk, Ruslana Khynevych, Anatoly Shapoval, and others, together with the students of the EP "Multimedia Design," "Graphic Design" during the lecture, got acquainted with the basic principles of modern UX design. The main topics discussed at the lecture included user experience, new possibilities of artificial intelligence and design psychology. After the lecture, the attendees had the opportunity to engage in discussions with the speaker and ask questions.
