On April 30, 2024, Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design held events dedicated to Career Day. As part of the event, a meeting was held between students of the Educational and Research Institute of Engineering and Information Technologies and representatives of employers who are stakeholders of the Institute.

The meeting was attended by representatives of employers, namely: Andrii Orobchenko, Head of CAD Systems Department at Technopolis Engineering Company; Natalia Ryzhykova, specialist of the HR Directorate at PrJSC National Energy Company “Ukrenergo”; Roman Kurylenko, employer and brand specialist at SoftServe; Vitalii Svatko, SoftServe Academy mentor; Oleksandra Rotar and Mariana Bratsiuk, specialists of the Recruitment and Adaptation Department at VENTS PrJSC; Yuliia Kharchenko, specialist of the Recruitment, Adaptation and Development Group at COSTAL Ukraine LLC.

The meeting was moderated by Ihor Panasiuk, Director of the Institute.

During the presentations, students majoring in 123 "Computer Engineering", 124 "System Analysis" and 141 "Electric Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics" were informed about the current trends and directions of industrial development in Ukraine, the challenges of our time and ways to improve the professional training of specialists in the fields of study of the Institute.

The speakers from SoftServe were: Roman Kurylenko, SoftServe employer and brand specialist, and Vitaliy Svatko, SoftServe Academy mentor;

Natalia Ryzhykova presented PrJSC National Energy Company “Ukrenergo”;

VENTS PrJSC was represented by Oleksandra Rotar and Mariana Bratsiuk;

COSTAL Ukraine LLC: byYulia Kharchenko.

After the presentations, representatives of employers answered the students’ questions. The stakeholders’ suggestions and comments were also discussed to further improve the educational and professional programmes of the Institute of Engineering and Information Technologies.
