On May 21, 2024, as part of the week of the Institute of Law and Modern Technologies at the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, a lecture by the Doctor of Legal Sciences, professor, academician of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, president of the Association of Ukrainian Lawyers, vice-president of the Association of People's Deputies of Ukraine Kostytskyi Vasyl Vasyliovych on the topic: «Signs of a modern state in the conditions of new global challenges».

At the beginning of the lecture, Vasyl Kostytskyi presented and presented to the Scientific and Technical Library of KNUTD his own publications devoted to legal issues: «Selected problems of the theory of law», «Ecological law of Ukraine», «Separation of power in the context of theological and sociological understanding of law (essays of legal theory)».

During the lecture, Vasyl Kostytskyi characterized the theory of the separation of powers and proposed the optimal version of the power model, outlined the strategic foundations of social life and the task of modeling the state.
