The sports competition “Touch of Victory” took place on 20 th of May, 2024.

On May 21, 2024, as part of the week of the Institute of Law and Modern Technologies at the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, a lecture by the Doctor of Legal Sciences, professor, academician of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, president of the Association of Ukrainian Lawyers, vice-president of the Association of People's Deputies of Ukraine Kostytskyi Vasyl Vasyliovych on the topic: “Signs of a modern state in the conditions of new global challenges”.

Students from the following higher education programs participated in the lecture: 014 “Secondary Education”, 017 “Physical Culture and Sports”, 35 “Philology”, 052 “Political Science”, 054 “Sociology” and 081 “Law” at the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) levels of higher education.

At the beginning of the lecture, Vasyl Kostytskyi presented and presented to the Scientific and Technical Library of KNUTD his own publications devoted to legal issues: “Selected problems of the theory of law”, “Ecological law of Ukraine”, “Separation of power in the context of theological and sociological understanding of law (essays of legal theory)”.

During the lecture, Vasyl Kostytskyi characterized the theory of the separation of powers and proposed the optimal version of the power model, outlined the strategic foundations of social life and the task of modeling the state.

On May 22, 2024, an interesting lecture was given by Oleksandr Babinskyi, a psychologist, writer, and lecturer at GO Iteens, on the topic “The Art of Manipulation: Analyzing the Influence on Human Consciousness”.

The lecturer presented in an engaging format about the manifestations of manipulation in the modern world.

Intellectual Game: “Horror Quest”.

The student community of the Institute organized an intellectual game with horror elements for guests from other faculties of the University.

Participants of the “Horror Quest” were given a unique opportunity to learn how to communicate quickly and effectively.

As part of the events devoted to the week of the Institute of Law and Modern Technologies of KNUTD, an intellectual and entertaining quiz “Ukraine” was held on 23 May 2024.

The students of the Institute of Law and Modern Technologies, the Department of Philology and Translation, the Faculty of Mechatronics and Computer Technologies and the Faculty of Management and Business Design took part in the quiz.

The final event of the week dedicated to the founding of the Institute of Law and Modern Technologies was a lecture on the topic “Barrier-Free Access of Veterans to Justice”, given by Oleksandr Kylyba, a lawyer and head of the public organization “Willing to Help”, on May 23, 2024.

The lecturer explained how members of his public organization help war veterans protect their rights in court.

Based on the results of the Week of the Institute of Law and Modern Technologies, active participants were awarded certificates and letters of appreciation.
